Insanity: Day 2+3

Second day we did our fitness test.  I believe I did pretty good for most of it.  I also took my measurements which I will post later.  The fitness test was not as hard as the actual workout so that day was a bit easy.  Which was good for me since my calves were still making me walk funny looking.

Third day of Insanity I was on my own.  So I did the P90X Cardio and was reminded how slow and boring it is for me.  I enjoy insanity much better than P90X.  It is much more fast paced and action packed.  I had a protein shake after the today since I was recommended to take the protein shake about the same time each day.

I started to feel not as sore by the third day which surprised me I had not been that sore for so long.
