Insanity Day 1

First day of Insanity July 10.  Took pre-workout drink before and felt amazing for workout.  Worked out harder and longer than I would if I didn't have it. Workout lasted about 40 minutes.  After I took a protein shake and my legs felt sore.  That night could not sleep.  Restless until about 12:30.  Not having caffeinated pre-workout drink again.  In morning calves were the sorest.
Spinach and egg omelet for breakfast, coffee with cream and sugar.
Ready for today's workout! Feel a little tired due to lack of sleep but other than that feel pretty good with burning calves.
