So I am now into week 3 of Insanity and have not updated since day 4. Shame on me. Everyday of Insanity I am sweating so much I cannot believe it. This is the most intense workout I have yet done, which is why I perspire as much as I do. After each workout I feel so refreshed and just love it. During each workout I try and push myself a little farther than the day before. Some days I succeed and others I do not. Last Wednesday I took a day of to go shopping with my mom and the next day I was dreading working out which I wish I wasn't since I love working out and know that each day I grow stronger and the days I miss I fall back. It is very good having 2 other workout partners and Sunday we were informed that 1 of them had sprained her ankle so would be off awhile. I asked my sister if she would like to join us and she did I am happy to have her.
Yesterday was our fit test and I had not lost any since 2 week ago. Which is a little disappointing but I did not eat that great the past weekend. So it is my own fault and I knew it would be like that. I am much looking forward to today's workout which will be a little different.
I do need to take my before pictures. I am slacking! Haha
