A day with princess Sophia

Today when I got to my parents house after work, I decided to spend a little time outside.  Along with my camera that is.  I started in the front yard and shortly after I came out, kitty Sophia was there by my side.  I of course greeted her and gave her a few pets, and when about my business.

Green Hydrangeas who would have guess they would be so pretty.

This cool looking Japanese Umbrella tree....

Oh and little princess Sophia.  Licking her chops....I think she was trying to spy on some little birdies.

The beautiful yard where my honey love and I were united in love forever.

and princess Sophia trying to attach some grasses peeking through the fence.

A little hidden fountain...possibly the fountain of youth?  Probably not.

I guess princess Sophia will find out.

An upward view of bamboo

A downward view of Sophia trying some bamboo.....well princess Sophia that is just plain old grass....

A little campfire sight....

it would not be complete without Sophia.

As our journey was coming to an end, I figured out the reason she was sharing this adventure with me.

Her food bowl was empty.  Poor little princess Sophia was without food, but it had not been that long, I promise you.  It was full yesterday.

That was my adventurous day/evening with princess Sophia.
