Finally!!

It is official!  We are finally in our new house.  Last night we set up camp in the mist of home repairs and piles of belongings and slept at the house.  Of course I did not get the best of sleep. (which Bobby says I always have an excuse why I do not sleep well)  I mean hello I was in new territory and not quite sure of the nightly activities of the area.
So the past week it almost seemed like a Saturday everyday....which does not make sense to me.  First off I did work every morning and my honey love was in his normal routine of work.  All in all it did end up being a fabulous week.  Tuesday I had intended on relocating our belonging from the apartment to the house but it did not turn out that way.  I mean I was helping my honey love pack up his gear to go mow lawns and then last minute decision to go help him.

It was nice but long and lots of waiting in the truck for me.  With a finishing time and dinner starting at 9pm.  Highlights of the day were taking pictures (the background picture for the blog of the dandelion I captured today), getting to ride on the lawn mower with my honey love, and maneuvering the zero turn mower by myself with out hitting a tree or anything.....well possibly not hitting anything haha
Wednesday I had the same goal....surprise! It did not turn out that well.  After work that morning I was eating lunch and watching some of LOST when the tornado sirens went of.  I stopped mid bite of my yummy leftovers and jumped up.  Freaking out of what to do, I called my mom to see what her advise of what for me to do. (mom's are best at that)  She was at Wal-Mart so I was clueless of what to do.  I got my most prized possessions(camera and purse) and headed to their house and spent most of the afternoon in the crawl space with DeeDee.  Zeus was brave enough to stay out on top and make sure we were safe.

After the storm and scary tornado looking clouds passed I finally got to pack up and transport my belongings.    I had to use my car because I had earlier tried to use my parents van (so my belongings would not get wet) but it was acting weird on me and smelt like burning rubber.  I decided not to use it and do something to it.  My poor little Ringo was packed so much there was barely enough space for me to wiggle in.  

Later that night my dad helped us move everything in the apartment.  We thank him so much for all his help!!  It was such a fun night! Moving everything, then after that enjoying a nice evening with my honey love.  Having chips and salsa while getting the last little things together.  We ended up making a pallet on the floor and sleeping there one last night.  

First actual post in my blog we found out there are lots of pictures and quite long.  Not sure how the other ones will be.  Guess waiting is that answer to that one :)
